My experience selling my home with Steve Rider was terrific. I came off of a bad experience with another agent from a different agency and was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Steve. Steve was nice. He listened to my concerns and took my needs into consideration. However, he was also realistic in helping me price and stage my home in order to help it sell in the amount of time that worked best for me. He marketed my home in numerous locations on the internet and was willing to stay in contact with me throughout the entire process. 

In the end, I had a contract on my home within 6 weeks in a market that is honestly, not that fantastic. Not only that, even after we had a contract, Steve continued to market my home so that if anything went wrong with that contract I would have additional options. I appreciate all of the work that he did on my behalf.

Just wanted to shoot you an email and say thanks for the Christmas gift you sent and the work you did to help us sell our house in Statham. I don't know where we'd be without your help. Many thanks again. We started house hunting in December and found the perfect house for us just outside of town and between our jobs here in Albany. It's under construction and we hope to close on it at the end of February. Hope you and your family are doing well and enjoyed the holidays.....not to mention that thumping Georgia put on Hawaii!
