Senate Decides to Extend First Time Buyer Credit!!

First time home buyers pay attention! Senate has agreed to extend the first time buyer credit of $8000 until the end of April 2010. They are also discussing a plan for a $6500 credit for non-first time buyers if you've owned your existing home for more than 5 years. As of Oct 28th the details weren't ironed out but it looks as if the extension will happen. If you've been procrastinating because you didn't think you could get in before the deadline get off the fence now!! Inventory is still high and deals are plenty.
